    • Last week, Yew Wah International School of Rizhao had the last Character Trait Assembly of this semester; it was also the last week of after-school activities.

Lower Primary students wore the tie-dye T-shirts which they had made in Chinese culture class, and introduced the knowledge they had learnt during the month and the story about responsibility, the Character Education theme of this month. The Lower Primary students also brought the "Reverse Song" they had learnt in Chinese class.

The Upper Primary students presented several skits to perform the responsible and irresponsible behaviours in various situations, and encouraged everyone to learn the examples of responsible behaviours. Finally, they interacted with the audience by asking questions, such as "Are you a responsible person?”; "How are you responsible?”; "Why are you irresponsible sometimes?” Some parents also joined in the interaction; some answers were thought-provoking and some were hilarious.

This month, three students received the Star of Responsibility Award. Let's applaud the outstanding performance of these students!
