    • Magic was in the air on January 24, when the ECE students of Yew Wah International School became little chefs. Our chefs know that hygiene habits before and during cooking is very important. After washing their hands, the little chefs prepared their ingredients of flour, butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate chips to make delicious yummy cookies.


      Ingredients


      Butter, sugar, flour, eggs, chocolate chips


      Detailed Steps


      Step 1
      Melt butter in the microwave oven.


      Step 2
      Pour some sugar into the melted butter.


      Step 3
      Mix the sugar and melted butter with a whisk until it becomes creamy.


      Step 4
      Add 2 eggs to the butter cream.
      Mix them with a whisk until the eggs disappear in the butter cream


      Step 5
      Pour some flour into the cream.
      More stirs.
      (Dip fingers in the flour and put it on your friend’s nose.)


      Step 6
      Add chocolate chips to the cream and mix them.
      (Eat up the extra chocolates if your teeth are healthy and then brush your teeth)


      Step 7
      Spoon the creamed mixture onto a baking tray.
      Or knead it into the shapes you like.


      Step 8
      Put baking tray in the oven, and cook on high temperature for about 10 minutes.


      Step 9
      Take the baking tray out – be careful the tray is very hot.
