    • As the Mid-Autumn Festival drew near, to celebrate and give students a better understanding of this Chinese traditional festival, Yew Wah International School of Rizhao organised a “Moon Cake Making Activity” on September 12.

For some foreign teachers and students, this was their first Mid-Autumn Festival in China. They were so excited to make moon cakes of their own.

Although some of the moon cakes made looked more like cookies, staff and students alike enjoyed the experience a lot.

Students took their moon cakes home. We believe that food made with a lot of hard work and determination tastes so much better.
